Blood Mug was created as part of PSU 48—a fast-paced, 48-hour film festival at Penn State where teams are randomly assigned, given a genre, and a prompt, then challenged to produce a short film in just two days.

Cody Remington alongside his best friend Beau Diddley are tired of their dull lives in Possumtown. Yet when tragedy strikes the small town the two seize the opportunity to leave their lives and chase danger west. The eager pair embark on the journey, heedless of the danger that awaits them in the wild.
